Maple Manor Booking / Storage Conditions

1.  All our drivers are comprehensively insured to drive all vehicles on a public road.
2.  All vehicles are parked at the customer's own risk.
3.  We reserve the right to move vehicles to a parking area of our own choosing within the vicinity.
4.1 Maple Manor will make good damage to a vehicle caused by the proven negligence or wilful act
     or acts of its employees subject to the following conditions:- 
     4.1.1 any damage must be reported before the client leaves Maple Manor's premises.
     4.1.2 any repairs will be carried out by a garage selected by Maple Manor
4.2 Loss or damage is only accepted pursuant to clause 4.1 above if it occurs while the vehicle is in       Maple Manor's custody.
4.3 Save as detailed in clause 4.1 above, no liability is accepted for loss or damage howsoever       caused, except that arising from negligence which results in death or personal injury.
4.4 No liability is accepted for any consequential loss including but not limited to car hire,      alternative transport fares or hotel charges.
4.5 No liability is accepted for any theft, loss or damage to any personal property left in the vehicle.
4.6 No liability is accepted for any damage to the windscreen or windows of the vehicle.
4.7 No liabilty is accepted for any mechanical defect or defects.
5.  It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, holds a valid      MOT certificate and      road fund licence.
6. Cancellations will be refunded, less a 10% administration charge, only if advised in writing.
7. Every vehicle received is subject to a lien for all Maple Manor's charges accrued and accruing.
